Model Codes

MATLAB codes to simulate this model are provided in the following files:

main script.m: This is the main script to set up and run an example simulation.

btex3_rbc.m: This is the main model code which simulates advection and blood-tissue exchange and biochemical reactions in the model.

cell_dCdT.m: This code computes the time derivatives for oxygen permeation and biochemical reac-tions.
