KA Pattern generator is a Matlab based suite of tools for deriving enzyme kinetic flux expressions using topological theory of linear graphs for systematic generation of valid King and Altman patterns. This program can derive equations for both strict steady-state system and those with the assumption of rapid equilibrium, for either branched or unbranched mechanism which can contain both reversible and irreverible conversion step, and also can automatically generate an output files (Expression.m, Expression_MathML.html) which users can be easily plug into their own biomodel program as a module.
